Molly holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Before she became passionate about staffing, she was a tour guide for Trek America and a White House Intern. When she is not recruiting, Molly enjoys hiking, rollerblading, reading, and spending time with her family. She also regularly attends industry conferences and continues to further her education with training and development in her field.
